How to change your email address:
- Log in to your customer account and go to your "Personal Data" section.
- Enter your new email address and repeat the entry to avoid typos.
- Confirm the change with your current password for security reasons.
- Click on "Save changes" – done!
Good to know: Your email address is also your username for logging into our shop. If you change your email address, you will use the new address to log in from that point on.
Important note on ongoing orders: Please note that orders already placed will continue to be processed using the original email address. A subsequent change for ongoing orders is unfortunately not possible.
