Can I exchange items if they don´t fit?

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need an item in a different size or color, it's very simple: just return the received item to us for a refund and place a new order for the desired product directly in our shop.

Why don't we offer direct exchanges?

It takes some time for your return to reach us and be processed. During this time, the desired size or version is often already sold out. By ordering the new product directly, you secure your item immediately and prevent it from selling out in the meantime.

This approach ensures you get your desired product as quickly and safely as possible.
