For customers from Great Britain (except Northern Ireland) there is a minimum order value of 175 GBP incl. shipping costs. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to ship bicycles and bulky goods to the UK.

National sales tax as well as customs & Import fees:

Deliveries to Great Britain are net, i.e. without national sales tax. This tax is then due on import. If United Kingdom is selected as the country of delivery, the prices are displayed in the shop without sales tax.

In addition to the shipping costs calculated by Bike-Discount, additional import costs may apply. These are usually about any import duties and national sales tax.

For customers from Northern Ireland the following conditions apply:

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to send bicycles to Northern Ireland.

Since special conditions apply to customers from Northern Ireland, please select United Kingdom (Northern Ireland) as the delivery country when selecting the country in the shop at the top right.

Customers from Northern Ireland pay the Northern Irish sales tax and receive the prices including this tax when selecting the country United Kingdom (Northern Ireland) in the shop. When importing, there may be additional costs for the import. These are usually for any import duties that may arise.

Important information about returning items from the UK

Goods sent between the EU and non-EU countries are subject to both, customs duties and charges, this also includes goods you return to us.

To avoid these duties and charges when returning goods, the goods must be declared accordingly.

To do this, you must attach a customs declaration form (CN22 or CN23; duly completed) and a copy of the original invoice to the outside of the package in a clear shipping bag.

Whether you need to fill out a CN22 or CN23 form depends on the value of goods you are returning. 

The CN22 form must be used up to a goods value of less than £270, above £270 please use the CN23 form. (Please send returned goods with Royal Mail - the shipping partner of DHL).
