We define a selection order as orders in which several similar items – for example in different sizes or variants – are ordered with the intention of keeping only one or none of the items and returning the remaining products.

Of course, we understand that choosing the right product is not always easy. At the same time, selection orders involve a significant logistical and economic effort for us. 

In addition, together with our customers, we would like to contribute to greater sustainability and avoid unnecessary transport routes.

Our goal is to offer you permanently attractive prices, a wide product range and consistently high product quality. Extensive or regularly recurring selection orders make this goal considerably more difficult. In addition, repeated shipping and returns may cause signs of use on the items. Such products can often no longer be sold as new and may need to be sorted out.

For these reasons, we are unable to permanently support selection orders in larger or regular volumes. We therefore reserve the right to take appropriate measures in the case of recurring selection orders.
