You can have your customer account deleted at any time.

For security reasons and to protect your personal data, we do not offer automatic deletion directly in the account.

Steps for deletion:

1. Write an email to support@bike-discount.de (Subject: Delete account).

1. Please strictly use the email address associated with your customer account so that we can verify your account and authorize the deletion.

3. We will delete your account and send you a final confirmation.

Please note: We are required by law to retain certain data for a specified period of time. All other data will be removed.
