There are several reasons why some items are not available for order in specific countries.

The most common reasons are:

• Some items are considered dangerous goods and can not be shipped by airfreight because of safety reasons. These include any E-Bike rechargeable batteries.
  
  
  
• The transport dimensions common in Germany are not valid in every country. Therefore, we can not ship items with a certain measure or weight in all countries.
  
  
  
• Some companies have the exclusive right of distribution outside of Europe. Therefore, we are not allowed to sell certain brands outside of Europe.
