Your revocation right is 14 days.

This period begins with the delivery of the order.

Items that can be shipped with packages are free of charge if their value is over 50,- € and if they are sent back from the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Austria.

You have to pay return costs if the value of the items you want to send back is lower than 50,- € (excluded therefrom are legitimate complaints).


For goods which can not be sent back by mail due to their nature we have to charge a shipping flat rate in the amount of 30,- €.

Please register your returns online in your customer account under "Return Item". After that you have to download the return label and the parcel stamp.
