If you have chosen to order the payment option cash in advance we can only ship your order until we received payment. If our system has not received payment 4 days after your order, it will automatically send a payment reminder by e-mail. 

If our system has not received payment after a further 4 days (i.e. a total of 8 days), the order will be cancelled. Thus, the reserved goods are available again for all customers.



The fact that we have not yet received payment can have two further causes:

  • It still does take some time till the Bank transfer is finished. 

              A bank transfer takes 2-3 working days.

  • The order number at the purpose of the bank transfer is incorrect. Therefore, the amount can not be assigned to the purchase.
    Please check your bank transfer regarding an incorrect order number or other mistakes. Should you find an error please use or contact form (question about payment) with the subject 'incorrect bank transfer' and inform us.
