You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods. Within this period, you may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Return of goods and return shipping costs

After a valid withdrawal, the goods must be returned to us within 14 days. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the goods in time.

For parcel-shippable goods, we cover the return shipping costs exclusively for deliveries to Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria, provided that the value of the returned goods is €50 or more.

In all other cases – particularly for deliveries to other countries – you must bear the return shipping costs yourself.

This does not apply to justified complaints; in such cases, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.

If you use our return label for returns from Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands or Austria with a return value of less than €50, we charge €4.49 (Germany) or €6.99 (all other countries listed above). This amount will be deducted from your refund.

For goods that cannot be shipped as a parcel (e.g. bicycles or bulky goods), we charge a flat fee of €40 for collection by a forwarding agent.
