If you are returning goods from a country for which we do not provide a free parcel stamp, you have to send the goods to us by normal post.

IMPORTANT NOTE regarding e-bike batteries:
If you would like to return an e-bike battery to us, please contact us in advance. Under no circumstances should you send a defective battery back to us independently by normal post, as an e-bike battery is a "dangerous good".

As the seller/shipper, we must arrange for the battery to be collected - outside of Germany, we must arrange for the complete bike to be collected.

Assuming that you use our return package stamp,


we bear the return costs if:

  • You make a justified complaint within the warranty period.
    Further information about the topic guarantee you can find in our FAQ under 'What warranty do I have?'.


  • You revoke the order* in whole or in part and the value of the goods returned is over 50,- €.
    Excluded therefrom are items which are shipped by carrier. These items have to be returned by carrier too. Your right of revocation is 14 days.



we do not bear the return costs if:

  • You return goods on the basis of revocation* and the value of the goods is less than 50,- €.


  • You return the goods on the basis of revocation* which have to be shipped back by carrier or if the return shipment involves bicycle batteries ("hazardous goods"). In this case, we charge flat rate shipping costs in the amount of 35,- €.
    Whether an item is shipped by carrier you can verify by checking your invoice. The carrier in these cases is DHL freight.


If you return goods of less than 50 € value of goods with our parcel stamp, we will offset the return shipping costs of 4,49 € against your credit.


*valid for the countries: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria. Should you return goods to us on the basis of a revocation from a country not listed here, you will bear the shipping costs.
