An order can only be cancelled as long as it has not yet been handed over to our logistics department.

If you wish to cancel an order, please avoid sending us an email where possible, as written inquiries and shipping processes may overlap.

Instead, please use our contact form. You will find the option “Cancel” in the selection menu.

Please note: 

Immediately after your order is placed, an automated process is started in our logistics to ensure that your items are shipped as quickly as possible.

Therefore, the time window for cancelling an order is relatively short.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you can make use of your statutory right of withdrawal via your customer account in our webshop and return the goods after receipt. 

Once we have received the returned items, we will refund the purchase price.
