An order can only be cancelled as long as it has not yet been handed over to our logistics department.

If you wish to cancel an order, please avoid sending us an email where possible, as written inquiries and shipping processes may overlap.

Instead, please use our contact form. You will find the option “Cancel” in the selection menu.

Please note: 

Immediately after your order is placed, an automated process is started in our logistics to ensure that your items are shipped as quickly as possible.

Therefore, the time window for cancelling an order is relatively short.

If a cancellation is no longer possible, you can initiate a withdrawal in your customer account or via the withdrawal button at the bottom of our homepage. Please return the articles to us after receipt.

Once we have received the returned items, we will refund the purchase price.
