What must / can I do to initiate a return / complaint as a guest customer?

 

Please use the contact form and select under "Question about" the entry "Return" or "Complaint".

 

  •  Under "Status" select either "Parts/ Clothing/ Accessories" or "Bike".

 

  •  Under "Topic" select "I would like to send something back".


After that, we need your name and the e-mail address you used to order from us and the order number belonging to the order (you can find this on your order confirmation).

 

For a clear assignment and a smooth process, the specification of the identical e-mail address is mandatory.

 

 

In the order process as well as in the order confirmation you will therefore be asked as a guest customer to keep the order and invoice number. You will need these when contacting us so that we can process your request.

 

  •  Under subject please enter "Return documents".


You will then receive the package label and a return bill from us by e-mail. Please fill out this accordingly. 


Please be sure to enclose a copy of the invoice with your return/complaint so that we can assign your order in our system.
